The most prominent effect of acid rain is it's negative impact on trees. As you can see in this magic card, all forests in play are destroyed by acid rain. As all the forests we have in play are killed by acid rain seeping into the ground and destroying root systems, we begin to take damage and eventually we will lose the game.
