Effects of Climate Change


Climate change effects everything in some way or another, but the environmental implications of global warming are becoming catostrophic. Temperatures worldwide are rising substantially, as displayed in the map above, which is effecting weather patterns worldwide, the growing seasons of plants in many biomes and the populations and lifestyles of numerous populations of wildlife, from land to sea to water. In Canada, we live a frivilous lifestyle that the earth cannot support. We have more cars per capita than most countries, use huge amounts of water and do not really harness natural energy sources as our factories pump hundreds of thousands of pounds of CO2 into the atmosphere
