My total household footprint between June 2009 and December 2009 is 0.08 tonnes of CO2. I have 7 people in my household and pay approximately $100 a month.
Biking to work is a good solution to prevent Climate Change as it puts one less vehicle on the road. Biking does not harm the environment. There is no polluting exhaust released, no oil or gas consumed. The energy and materials used to make one vehicle can be used to create hundreds of bikes. Biking is more efficient for the community.
