Clear cut logging is when a large area of land is striped of all its trees. this is very bad for wild life and also the land, if a steep slope is clear cut the soil becomes much more vonerable to land slides. also once all the trees are cut down the loggers take the large trees and pile up the smaller trees that are worth no money and burn them. A sollution is for loggers to strip log or start selective logging.
