A Altostratus cloud usually covers the whole sky and has a color of a grey/blueish shade. The sun or moon can shine through the cloud and will make the cloud like fuzzy/wattery. This cloud usually forms when a a storm or rainfall is about to hit the city. Rain usually falls from a altostratus cloud it forms when the clouds get thicken.
